Heat exchanger design and fabrication

We have extensive experience with design and fabrication of heat exchangers and pressure vessels conforming to ASME section IV. Example of heat exchangers are a variety of water tube and fire tube hot gas-to-water exchangers. Single pass or multi-pass exchangers consisting of combustion chambers, condensate chambers, flue channels, water baffles, etc. Our experience includes analyzing and choosing different grades of stainless and carbon steel as well as copper and cupronickel depending on the application and location of the component within the exchanger. We also have experience designing and fabricating storage and hot water tanks including those with heating elements.

We have proven experience in thermodynamic and heat transfer analysis to optimize efficiency and reliability of heat exchangers. Also expertise in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and experimental analysis. â€‹â€‹Examples are proprietary fire tube gas-to-water exchangers with a rated AHRI thermal efficiency of 96%.
