MAKE YOUR UNAMPLIFIED SIGNALS PLC READY USING ONE PLUG AND PLAY DEVICE

Tukoli Sensor Amplifier is a unique plug and play product that allows for integration of low level sensors with PLCs and controllers. Most PLC and Data Acquisition systems come with the legendary 4-20mA, 0-5VDC or 010VDC as their analog inputs. Such devices often cannot read signals as low as 10, 20 or 30mV (Unless they are thermocouples) as those signals will be treated as noise. Yet there are sensors in the industry that output signals as low as 10mV that often need to be connected to controllers.  For example Honeywell unamplified pressure sensors used in HVAC or water properties sensor such as chloride.

1. User selectable gain allows for a

variety of signals to be amplified to

a 0-10V standard signal. 

 

2. One 24VDC power supply for both

amplification and your sensor means

there is no need for two power sources.

​

3. User selectable excitation range means

a variety of unamplified sensors can be

energized.

 

4. A very accurate amplifier IC allows for

accurate integration of low level signals

with controllers. 

 

5. Symmetrical amplification means both negative and positive signals can be amplified.

 

6. Noise removal and analog filtering provides linear and precise amplification.
